This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital marketing services, website development, and courses provided by Seenstick ("we", "us", "our"), based in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to the terms below.
Seenstick provides professional services — such as SEO, social media management, website development, advertising management, and video production — rather than physical goods. Because work, time, and resources are committed as soon as a project begins, our refund policy reflects the stage at which cancellation is requested.
If you cancel a service before any work has started (before we begin strategy, design, content creation, or account setup), you are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid, minus any payment gateway charges already deducted.
Once work has started on your project — including but not limited to research, content creation, design, website development, or campaign setup — the fees for the work already completed are non-refundable. This is because time, effort, and resources have already been committed on your behalf.
If you cancel partway through a project, you will be billed only for the portion of work completed, and any remaining unused advance will be refunded.
For services that include running paid advertising campaigns, our service fee is separate from your advertising budget. Once an advertising budget has been spent on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other ad platform, that amount is non-refundable by Seenstick, as it is paid directly to the advertising platform and governed by their own policies.
For services billed monthly (such as social media management, SEO, or ads management), you may cancel future months at any time by providing notice before your next billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable once work for that month has begun, but no further charges will apply after cancellation.
For any courses or training offered by Seenstick, refund eligibility depends on how much of the course content has been accessed. If a refund is requested before accessing the course materials, a full refund will be issued. Once course materials have been accessed or downloaded, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
In rare cases where we are unable to deliver a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund for any unused portion of your payment.
